1. Poor salary and benefits
2. Infighting; long-serving employees are unable to accept new hires
3. The company’s systems are inadequate, with no comprehensive training
4. The boss makes things difficult for employees and has many demands
The system is very simple and easy to learn
Violation of the Labor Standards Act: During the interview, they said the salary was 24,000 (the insured salary was 25,200), but after working five days, they paid only a little over 1,100. This is very clearly exploiting employees.
(Even after deducting labor and health insurance, it would still be just over 900; the salary should have been around 3,000 at minimum.)
The position advertised when I applied was General Affairs Assistant, but it was only on the fifth day of work that they said they were looking for an accounting employee, and then told me to leave that same day.
A warning to anyone considering working for this company: please be careful.
