A fairly comfortable place to coast. Suitable for those with no ambition who just want to wait for a paycheck every month.
Cons
The company lives in the past, clinging to its former glory and avoiding reality. Senior management lacks professional competence, and talented employees cannot be retained. As a result, the company spends the entire year recruiting but still cannot find people.
