1. The policies are unclear, and the review standards are extremely subjective. Typically, if a senior employee takes a dislike to you, they will manipulate the female owner into telling you to leave.
2. Almost all the employees are foreign students from Southeast Asia. Perhaps due to differences in local customs and personalities, a Malaysian assistant manager has a very bad attitude, lacks patience, cannot control their emotions, and will yell at people.
3. Working here does not help your future career. Unless you simply enjoy making juice, you will never be promoted, because the store manager and assistant manager will not give you the chance to outperform them. They are afraid of being replaced, so they withhold information and refuse to train you, then keep finding fault with you.
4. The female owner dismisses people by refusing to communicate, directly removing them from all groups, and then scheduling them to work in a remote area the next day. She will also ask an outsider who claims to be a shareholder to put on a show, telling you that the major shareholder wants to find a new team and therefore dismissed you. Your pay is even calculated according to the female owner's mood rather than the salary originally agreed upon.
Summary: The environment is poor. Apart from the Feng Chia flagship store, the company's operating conditions are not particularly ideal. Cliques and workplace bullying are serious, and the female owner's way of handling matters is highly questionable.
