The main issue is that the group of colleagues is difficult to get along with. They are petty and selfish, form cliques, and band together to ostracize employees. The employees’ overall quality is not high; when mistakes are made, they shift responsibility and frame others. The company has no systems, resulting in a complete mess in daily operations. Employees like to bypass the chain of command to file complaints, and management handles matters unfairly, showing favoritism. Some people have almost nothing to do, while others are worked to death. The pay is not high.
