Pros

If studying counts as one point, you need to learn to read other people's expressions yourself. If you don't understand that, you're not a mature member of society yet ^_^

Cons

When I had just graduated, I foolishly went in and lasted a week. Hehe—there was all kinds of indifference and deliberate difficulty. Although I was extremely inexperienced myself and so nervous I felt like throwing up, I probably should have quickly left if it wasn't a good fit from the start, instead of wasting each other's time....

Inside, they emphasized that you had to ask if you didn't understand. If you didn't ask, would you be called mute? If you did ask, you got eye rolls, insults, and sarcastic remarks: “You don't even know this? Use your brain!” They didn't tell you there was no computer, didn't tell you that lunch and breaks weren't provided, and, being naive at the time, I didn't know to demand enrollment in labor and health insurance. During those seven days, they never mentioned it; perhaps they only enroll people they take a liking to. Basically, you had no idea what the work process was—if they told you to do something, you did it. “Why so much nonsense?”

The environment was extremely cramped! Shortly after I started, I saw a warehouse management coworker leave one day in tears and shock. The quality of the employees inside... is hard to describe. The boss's wife—um... better left unsaid. It was a major blow to me as a recent graduate, especially since I had done fairly well at school. Looking back now, my feeling is simply: hehe! As you grow up, you learn which places are deep water and which are clear. The position has remained open from the time I graduated until now, so it's very clear where the problem lies!

You can learn many work skills beyond those originally required for the position you applied for~~~

Cons

1. On the surface, they follow the Labor Standards Act, but in practice, perfect-attendance pay is included in the basic monthly salary (which means that if you do not have perfect attendance, you do not receive the basic wage). Because of this, there are no salary statements either.

2. As for the system, there is basically no system—the boss has the final say, and yet the orders also change from day to day, haha.

3. There is no comprehensive employee training. They say you can ask if you do not understand, but once you ask, they scold you as if you were an idiot.

4. You are often subjected to your supervisors’ indirect insults and sarcastic remarks. You constantly hear your supervisor swearing at work; in just one month, you will hear the full year’s worth of foul language—what a bargain! The supervisor curses Employee B in front of Employee A, and Employee A in front of Employee B, but always in front of other employees such as C, D, and E~

5. If they take a dislike to an employee, they dismiss them for all kinds of reasons, and they also demand that the employee sign a voluntary resignation statement. They casually bring up lawyers to intimidate employees.

6. They bully young, naïve student part-timers and honest people (scolding them for strange reasons or deducting their pay).

7. For the reasons mentioned above, employee turnover is extremely high. Think carefully before taking a job here.
