1. The boss loves making grand promises and only wants to make money, but insists on pushing for quality standards that the factory simply cannot achieve.
2. The food factory pays no attention to hygiene; rats are everywhere, and every day you can see rats stealing raw materials, yet production continues.
3. There is no food quality inspection; quality checks are based on the boss's and factory manager's tongues.
4. Delayed salary payments happen repeatedly; unless you are not short of money, beware.
5. The environment is filthy and disgusting. Even in summer, they do not allow the air conditioning to be turned on, leaving you suffocating.
6. You are expected to handle everything: graphic design, administration, secretarial work, and customer service. In the end, you also have to perform the work of a production-line operator.
7. The boss and the boss's wife will emotionally blackmail you over their relationship. Be careful.
8. You will always receive only the base salary. Do not expect holiday bonuses, year-end bonuses, or performance bonuses—they are all just wishful thinking.
