Pros

The team is fairly young.

Cons

Pretty average. It gives the impression that the Hong Kong company doesn’t have much money... Since it is a Hong Kong company, the interview was conducted by video. The video interview was very quick, with just a few questions asked casually, and that was about it.

The virtual currency or NFT market is still high-risk, and this is also a startup, so I think anyone considering joining should first assess whether they can accept this kind of startup. After looking at the company website, I got the impression that its business areas have not really been able to develop in Taiwan, and that it still has a long way to go.

Pros

The company is next to Daan Forest Park, brimming with an upper-class “Celestial Dragon Kingdom” vibe.

Cons

It appears to be a Hong Kong-owned company, but basically it is the Kuomintang party headquarters, specializing in public tenders for county and city governments governed by the Kuomintang. Every employee is a descendant of, or otherwise related to, a Kuomintang county or city mayor—this one is from Hualien, that one from Miaoli. The boss is a third-generation government official and has in-laws from the same background, and there are also police officers from the “A-Zai system.”

The design projects come from Hong Kong, and, to be fair, the design quality is quite good because the Hong Kong owner has a design background. County and city government tenders mainly focus on mascots and are carried out half-heartedly and unprofessionally. They use protected animals as mascots, yet do not spend a single cent on conservation, repeatedly drawing criticism from private-sector conservationists; they cannot even make the mascot plush toys properly.
