During the interview, they said the working hours were from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
But in practice, they require you to arrive at 7 a.m., and most of the time you leave work after 7 p.m.
There is no overtime pay. The boss gets upset when you take leave. The starting salary is considerably below market rate. The boss really likes to say not to focus on the salary and that the company provides a place for you to learn.
The company has no systems in place; everything is decided by the boss.
There are no holiday bonuses or any other bonuses or allowances. The year-end bonus is one month’s salary.
You have to handle all kinds of miscellaneous tasks; the company cuts costs wherever possible.
Considering the risks and salary, I do not recommend it.
