The job posting made it sound really good, saying they would teach you technical skills. But once I started working on-site, I found out I was basically doing manual labor. I didn't learn much in the way of technical skills, but I carried plenty of heavy things. The boss is also very good at talking and bragging, constantly saying that he isn't afraid of powerful people and has the courage to stand up to his superiors, while firing employees all the time. When I joined, the experienced employees there said they had already lost count of how many people had left that year. The boss says he knows how to judge people and is looking for talent, but then treats people like disposable materials. Why are they recruiting all year round? Have all the talented people died out, or did you fire them all? Every time we're working, the boss talks next to the employees about buying iPhones and tablets for his children, and then says, “You all work so hard. I feel like my children have it too easy.” Is he complaining or what? He has money to buy Apple products and drive a Mercedes, but recruits people at minimum wage. What a “talent.” If he can't find anyone to hire, he should have his own children try doing the job. Paying them with an iPhone should be enough, since the boss thinks his children have it far too easy.
