1. The factory environment is dirty and messy, and unhygienic.
2. The tools are old and unusable; most tools have to be provided by yourself.
3. The experienced workers do not know how to teach others, because they themselves do not know how. Everything is improvised, and when something is done incorrectly, they only tell you that it is fine.
4. The company’s internal divisions are complicated.
