The office is the boss's home, which feels very strange, and it's also very far away—you have to take the Airport MRT to Xinzhuang.
The company has few employees, and everyone's desks are pushed together, so there is no privacy. You even sit next to the boss.
The main issue is that the atmosphere at work is very awkward. There is never a chance to relax or have any leisure time because the boss is always sitting next to you. Colleagues also don't dare to talk, so it is extremely quiet all day.
The boss does not care about employees' workloads. One person has to do the work of two or three people, and there is no handover or adjustment period for new hires.
