This is a company that fully embodies the domineering spirit of One Piece.
At the time, my interview process mainly consisted of three rounds: an initial English phone interview with HR > an on-site interview with the department > an on-site interview with HR.
During the final round, when discussing salary with HR, I had only listed my desired salary on my résumé and had not provided the salary from my current or previous employer due to confidentiality obligations. HR not only repeatedly emphasized that I was a fresh graduate with N years of work experience and asked, “If you don’t provide your previous salary and benefits, how can we know where your market value lies?!”
Later, they even directly asked about my annual income, the total amount reported on my tax return last year, and so on.
If you want to practice your interview experience, you can give it a try; however, opinions may vary regarding their salary-setting approach. I prefer to provide a salary range: if the employer agrees, we proceed; if they disagree or seem hesitant, perhaps we can meet again if fate allows.

Went through several rounds of interviews but wasn’t hired, wasting everyone’s time
The company overall is pretty good, I’d say—fairly open.
But that manager… The review that was left before was deleted, and I don’t know why. Now you can see the evidence, right!

Look, look—they’ve finally met their match. Serves them right.
