Neither the management style nor the technology used is what people generally consider to be that of a startup; only the company’s founding year fits the profile. The management seems rather distrustful of new employees.

Pros
A startup company, currently without an office and lacking an on-site engineer. On-site at the fire department. The phone interview atmosphere was very pleasant, but at present I am not considering an environment without an office. That’s all.
