The job posting did not mention that there would be an on-site test. It was only when I arrived that I was told I had to take one, which was an incredible waste of time. You can get a general idea of what this company does by searching its name. It seems to mainly handle display-board spaces in various cinemas when movies are released. They have you take a computer-based test and then notify you about whether you will proceed to a second interview. Personally, I think jobs that require these kinds of tests are an enormous waste of time and are just trying to get free work—perhaps they have been deceived by fake portfolios before. In any case, I really dislike companies that spring an idea on you and ask you to make something on the spot. It shows a lack of trust, and you may have to spend an entire morning or afternoon at the company, only to come back for a second interview. A huge waste of time.
