Colleagues are easy to get along with
The boss doesn’t understand anything and just talks, believing that things will somehow materialize simply by talking about them, without taking any time.
He says you can speak up if there are problems, but as soon as you do, he ignores you and starts advertising your position.
No wonder the company has such a high turnover rate.
There are nearly 20 people in the entire company, and hardly any have stayed for more than a year.
The boss knows nothing about the actual work processes involved in the positions, doesn’t know anything, and doesn’t establish SOPs.
Policies change from one day to the next; communication is ineffective.
Horizontal communication is also poor. When you ask colleagues about related business matters, no one knows anything, so newcomers can only spend time figuring everything out from scratch, while everyone keeps duplicating work.
When you first arrive, the boss pretends to be very caring and polite. After more than a month, you’re no longer a newcomer, and the boss’s true nature starts to show.
In short, run for the hills.
