Read the community guidelinesOnly one female senior manager is the driving force behind all the problems and is a troublemaker; the other colleagues are all easy to get along with, probably because they have all served prison time together~
After the interview, I was notified that I had been hired and that there would be a salary adjustment after the probationary period. However, in fact, there was no change in salary at all, and they even said that the company has no such practice????

They rushed me out after only a 15-minute interview. Honestly, thanks for not wasting too much of my time.
The interviewer clearly hadn’t even looked at my résumé. They had a terrible expression and an extremely arrogant attitude, were very overweight, and wore makeup like that in Taiwanese opera. They kept pressing the applicant about how much they had earned at their previous companies. When I asked about the responsibilities of the position, they couldn’t explain the details at all. No matter what I asked, they gave vague and evasive answers. Only at the end did they say that compensation would be discussed in the second interview. What a joke—they didn’t even bother pretending. Clearly, they just wanted to lowball the salary. It was basically a scam.
