Read the community guidelinesThe boss is very nice, willing to teach and take the time to train people. The company’s benefits and welfare system is well established. Sometimes they even buy everyone drinks. Lunch is provided, and if you work overtime late into the evening, dinner is also provided. Some colleagues are easy to get along with and are willing to teach and help.
Some colleagues are very good at putting on a sour face. They become impatient when you ask a question, as if they don’t want to be bothered, or as if you are stupid for asking again. There is not much camaraderie among colleagues; everyone acts as though they are very busy and have many things to do, but in reality they are quite idle. There is no team cohesion or shared commitment to doing the work well, and the departments are not properly organized, so gaps frequently arise. You have to keep asking around, only to be met with sour faces. It’s a real shame.
