Pros
The colleagues were pretty good back then.
Cons
A very poor company. The accountant and the female director there were both very emotional. Overtime was the norm because they could never hire enough people. Sometimes, we even had to go to the event site to clean in the middle of the night. As for salary, bonuses were practically out of the question; they claimed every event made no money. Each person had to take on multiple roles.
