A design company that is unbelievably terrible—the worst place I’ve ever worked.
It has the same owner as Dayi Interior Renovation Design Engineering Co., Ltd.!!
The pay is so low that it will make you question your life choices. One of my new colleagues was offered a salary of only 18,000......
Furthermore, during the four-month probationary period, they do not enroll you in labor insurance!!
When you first join, you are also required to work for free for seven days (they call it a seven-day adjustment period, and only let you clock in after those seven days).
Then employees are forced to work overtime. If you leave on time, the boss immediately sends you a text asking why you are leaving work so early?
On holidays, they also harass you in various ways to get you to come into the office and work overtime, without paying overtime wages.
They even dump entire projects directly on new employees and are completely unwilling to train or mentor anyone~
When you ask the boss questions, the only answers you get are: “What do you think?!! You studied design!!!”
Most importantly, the boss also uses all kinds of remarks to ridicule and personally attack people~
In short, this is a company so terrible that it has absolutely no advantages.
No wonder employees come and go, and no one stays for more than a year~
