Poor leadership; instructions are unclear and muddled.
When problems arise in the end, they blame others for being incompetent.
During the interview, the manager asked about my experience and hired me on the spot. The company is very small and extremely quiet, with no infighting or competition to climb the corporate ladder. The office equipment is relatively new.
1. Poor environment: The office is located in an old commercial building with outdated facilities. There are only two elevators for the 11-story building, so you have to wait for an elevator both when arriving at and leaving work.
2. A major gap between what was explained during the interview and reality: On the surface, they say that no experience is required and that new employees are usually taught how to perform the work when they start. In reality, they simply tell you to read the documents and then start working immediately. If there are any deficiencies, money is deducted. Basically, if you lack the ability, you can only wait to have money deducted.
3. Strict rules: The rules are stricter than those of many large companies. On your first day, you are required to sign a consent form agreeing to salary deductions, and the list of deductions fills both sides of an A4 sheet.
4. Poor company atmosphere: Although it is a small company, everyone works on their own, and there is basically no communication. However, the manager frequently mutters complaints, saying that employees lack ability and that money will be deducted if their abilities cannot keep up.
