Pros
They ask applicants to state their desired salary, then say that the company respects every applicant.
Cons
After the interview, they promised to notify me whether I was accepted or not!! In the end, they did not even send a single message.
At the time, there was also no company contact information (phone number or email) on the job bank website. Later, I used the “Apply for this job” function on the job bank website to send another message asking about the interview result, but they read it and did not respond.
