There are quality control issues; everything is handled directly by hand (including raw meat). Overtime is common, and weekends are also workdays, but no overtime pay is provided!
There is no完善 system, and there is no way to clock in or out. I don’t know what HR is doing. Apart from the owner and the owner’s wife, no one stays for more than a year...
