I applied for a graphic design position, but after joining, the job was actually entirely administrative work. There was someone in the office who acted as the boss’s informant and constantly watched what you were doing, occasionally asking in a very unpleasant tone whether you had received any orders that day. She would also report complaints about you to the boss, who liked listening to her badmouth employees. The boss would casually fire anyone who did not meet his expectations. It was truly a terrible company.
