A young atmosphere (though a large number of people have left)
Cons
Different departments have different rules. Some departments allow overtime pay, while others do not (the manager won’t allow it), and those who claim it will be privately questioned about it.
Unlimited overtime
They keep saying we should be understanding toward the boss, but no one is understanding toward the employees.
I’ve been deeply affected by working here up to now, and I’ve lost confidence in this industry.
