The company has no systems or structure whatsoever. The boss assumes that if something has been taught to you once, you know it, and there is no comprehensive employee training at all. When doing sales work, experienced employees do not guide newcomers, so you can only figure things out on your own. Being reprimanded at the department is treated as a matter of course. Things are scheduled very last-minute all day, leaving no time to catch your breath. Starting early and leaving late does not come with overtime pay because you are considered a sales employee under a responsibility-based system. There are also no performance bonuses, only a year-end bonus.
