The work is very demanding, and everyone often fails to finish everything. I was relatively inexperienced there, and the pay was average. Even experienced senior colleagues were not paid particularly well, so the overall turnover rate was fairly high.
Work from home
Working from home is relatively speaking a responsibility-based arrangement: regardless of how much work there is, it needs to be completed, which usually means working more than eight hours. For this workload, the pay is relatively low.
