The company is terrible
The management supervisors don’t manage anything at all
There are a bunch of old-timers coasting until retirement and they dump everything on the newcomers to do
Some team leaders do no work harassment of female colleagues goes unpunished
As long as you have connections you can drink alcohol and chew betel nuts during the night shift and it’s not a problem
A company where more than ten people can leave in two months—if you still dare to go, I’m impressed
