Pros

The company has an attractive exterior?

Cons

1. The company also goes by the name Zhixingli (this is the name given when calling).

2. Regarding the interview time arranged by the company (contact person: Ms. Li, extension 102), I ended up waiting half an hour for the previous person's interview to finish.

3. Before the interview, the company requires you to fill out a form (it is recommended not to provide too much detail, especially family members' dates of birth…)

4. They interviewed me without even looking at my résumé and asked many questions that were already answered on it.

5. The interviewer's way of speaking pretended to be elegant but was actually rude (completely concerned only with themselves).

I really did not submit my résumé without first looking at the experiences of previous applicants. The above is provided as my interview experience.

Pros

A very busy company

Cons

Work is extremely high-pressure. Even if you are never late, never speak rudely, and study very seriously, you may still not meet the boss’s or the boss’s wife’s approval. Someone else may make a mistake, and even when everyone knows it was the fault of the senior colleague who was assisting, they may still name you specifically and make you take the blame. Then, at the very last minute before the end of the workday, they may suddenly notify you that you are to work only until today and dismiss you. While the supervisor, department colleagues, and boss are all away, they may even demand that you write a resignation letter, then smilingly finish telling you and immediately call administration to remove you. What the hell?
