Read the community guidelines1. Be able to play with children
1. There is sales pressure to sell tickets, and meetings are held every month for reviews.
2. The boss is good at brainwashing newcomers (especially college students working part-time).
3. Although I like children, constantly playing with them every day is actually quite mentally exhausting.
4. The boss monitors remotely at any time. You may be watched while chatting at work, and the content of your conversations can also be heard (you really need to be careful).
5. You have to quickly organize the toys and clean up before the end of your shift; otherwise, it is difficult to leave work on time.
6. You must not be self-conscious. Every day, you have to lead singing and dancing on stage.
The activities change every two months, and you need to practice at home and upload a video for your supervisor to review.

1. The interview took place in a toy warehouse. The interviewer and I each sat on a small white chair. The interlocking foam mats on the floor were very uneven, seemingly intended to make people trip (yes, you have to take off your shoes for the interview).
2. I went there to listen to the interviewer talk about how amazing the company is—how highly regarded they are by Snoopy in the United States, how they have even been featured in journals, and so on.
3. They did not even answer when asked how many people were in the department.
