The interview invitation did not mention that you should bring a résumé. During the interview, the manager or HR will not print out the résumé from the job bank. If you do not bring one, it is as if the manager has never seen your résumé. Therefore, it is important to bring your own résumé when interviewing at this company, so you do not waste time going over the information on your job bank résumé.
