Pros

1. Here, you’ll become proficient in all kinds of skills. The company clearly defines each person’s scope of work, but places even greater emphasis on people from different departments helping one another!!! (And you absolutely have to take your main duties home as homework, because the company apparently discourages working overtime at the office—highlight.) But as long as you regularly help others with their work, one day they’ll help you too!! In particular, your superb photo-editing skills will let you rule the online and offline e-commerce landscape of today.

2. This is a good company that lays everything out in the open, and a good traditional-industry company with a serious atmosphere. There are many highly experienced senior colleagues and members of upper management’s families within the company, and they all have extremely rich cross-disciplinary experience and backgrounds! They won’t hold back out of embarrassment—instead, they will tirelessly teach you, push you, and do what’s best for you in front of everyone, allowing you to grow tremendously in body, mind, and spirit~

3. The company promotes environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon reduction. So even something as small as applying for office stationery or reusing scrap paper can help ensure that polar bears’ homes don’t disappear.

Cons

How could this company possibly have any drawbacks!

So it’s very important to negotiate your salary as fully as possible~

Basically, your salary is fixed from the moment you first discuss it. Those who are skilled at negotiating are the cream of the crop in the industry.

BTW, speaking objectively, if this company presents itself externally as being design-focused, it shouldn’t use technical tactics to negotiate down the price of professional services.

Then, on your first day of employment, they spring on you that “the base salary includes perfect-attendance pay”..

On top of that, they ask you to sign a resignation agreement lasting six months. They sit across from you and watch you sign it, and even require your guarantor to co-sign..

It’s clearly a well-known brand, but these actions make it obvious that something is strange.
