It’s Shengjing Technology, and everyone is easy to get along with. The company practices people-oriented management (except for the Administration and Finance Department).

The Administration and Finance Department is the only one that operates under a system completely different from the rest of the company. The administrative work is especially an awful job. The supervisor, SU, creates all kinds of difficulties for and discriminates against working mothers and pregnant women, increases the workload, and uses a micromanagement system (e.g., tracking how long it takes to scan a single sheet of paper). They often manage the department based on their personal emotions. The various work requirements are merely intended to make things difficult and provide no real benefit to work efficiency. Senior employees are treated like garbage. I am already planning to report this.
