Packaging staff:
1. Requests for annual leave are made difficult by questioning the reason, and are ultimately rejected.
2. The employer divides employees into a hierarchical system. Packaging staff are always the last to learn about benefits the company provides to other departments, and the warehouse staff are unfriendly.
3. The warehouse is hot and stuffy in summer. The walls are blocked by stacked goods, making it impossible to plug in an electric fan.
4. Low pay. The employer is reluctant to give out start-of-work red envelopes. When there are more orders, employees are forced to work overtime, but may not be provided with meals or overtime pay.
5. The work involves moving things and walking around almost all day, so physical stamina should be taken into consideration.
