A very poor company
Before starting the job, I had clearly stated that I had never used the software in question and had no experience whatsoever. They pretended not to hear me, provided absolutely no education or training after I started, and then expected me to use it. The supervisor even secretly instructed a long-time employee to question why I was “learning so slowly,” clearly intending to humiliate me. The office environment was also cramped, crowded, and stuffy, with only a few employees and a lifeless atmosphere. In the end, they maliciously dismissed me after only three hasty days of probation. Anyone considering going there should think twice.
There is a lot of work to do
The compensation, benefits, work environment, and workplace atmosphere are all poor. Meetings are not held during the day; they are held only after work.
Seems like there were none
The interview notification said the position was for a sales assistant, and also included a research and development assistant role.
However, during the interview, the research and development assistant duties were explained in greater detail, while the sales assistant duties were not introduced at all. It felt like they advertised the position as a sales assistant but were actually looking for a research and development assistant.
Later, I received an offer for the research and development assistant position.
It feels completely awful
