Pros

I can't think of any advantages.....

Cons

Please don't come!! Even if you have no other job options, don't come to this company!! (The company is located in the Agricultural Technology Park)

Overtime is the norm, with extremely long working hours!! There is absolutely no overtime pay.

During peak season, leaving at 8 p.m. is considered early; the latest can be midnight. Even during the off-season, people usually don't leave until after 6 p.m. (the scheduled end of the workday is 5:30 p.m.). The boss thinks overtime is perfectly normal, making it seem as though leaving on time is a sin.

The boss has a very short temper and is constantly changing what he says, making it impossible to understand what he actually wants. This puts tremendous pressure on everyone, and people are frequently called in and berated by the boss.

You often have to pay for things out of your own pocket on the company's behalf, but the reimbursement process is extremely slow. Sometimes it takes six months to receive the money.

The long-term employees at the company are very difficult to deal with and are definitely another source of workplace stress. They dump work on you and pull rank based on their seniority.

Most importantly, the salary is extremely low—you only get the minimum basic wage. If you ask for more, the boss may pile even more work on you: endless overtime work.

So please, even if you want to learn, don't choose this company. You will absolutely regret it.
