1. I originally interviewed for an administrative position, but in practice, whatever work the company is short-staffed for internally is what you will be assigned to do.
2. The job duties discussed during the interview are completely different from the actual work after joining.
3. The job posting on the employment website is worded very attractively, but in reality, you will be packing parcels.
4. The boss and the boss’s wife often lose their tempers, and their actions are inefficient. Not to mention any kind of training.
5. The son is responsible for managing the website and appears to be inheriting the family business, so if you are seeking a related position, don’t even think about it.
6. Because the work involves packing parcels, the environment is dusty, and logistics packages will not be clean either. Handling and picking up goods involves some contact with dyes, so people who are prone to allergies are strongly advised not to go.
7. There is no labor or health insurance; you have to find a professional union yourself.
8. If you are very lucky, you will be assigned to work as a parcel packer—though, strictly speaking, you absolutely will be assigned to it. In principle, you spend your entire shift packing and are not allowed to talk. The work environment is extremely quiet; even if you take a quick drink of water or pause to catch your breath, you may be given a disapproving look. The work environment is very oppressive.
8. For the reasons mentioned above, this company has an extremely high turnover rate. People only discover after joining that the job has nothing to do with what was discussed in the interview. It is recommended that you do not waste your time.
