The interview was conducted by a glasses-wearing, bearded boss whose surname starts with A. The atmosphere became very awkward; when I asked questions, he barely answered, which made me feel rather disrespected.
But if the boss is not even good at respecting others, I imagine working with him could be quite painful. I’ll pass on this one. If you’re considering applying here, you might want to think about whether you want to work with someone with these characteristics.
