Pros

(1) The company is willing to teach you the traditional paper craft from scratch, without charging tuition, and you are paid a salary. (Other companies in the same industry either require many years of experience or provide training without charging tuition but offer no allowance.)

(2) You have to work one Saturday each month, but you get a compensatory day off the following Monday, so there is essentially no loss.

(3) A duty roster is arranged, so everyone takes turns helping one another.

(4) The senior employees teach every step very seriously and carefully.

(5) There is an underground parking lot, so motorcycle riders do not have to worry about finding a parking space.

(6) Unless new products are being developed, the older sister in charge will urge you to leave work at 6 p.m.

(7) The company has its own laser machine.

(8) There is a rich and diverse range of traditional paper craft products. The work is not limited to cutting and pasting; you also need to know how to repair damage, install decorative lights, modify customized parts, and more...

Cons

Lunch is inconvenient near the company (there are relatively few choices).

Cons

A company that wastes your time and energy. You won’t learn anything, and your abilities will even be looked down upon. A minefield~
