Things to be aware of when joining this company:
1. Insurance will be reported at a lower salary than your actual salary.
2. Enrollment in insurance will be delayed, and so will withdrawal.
3. You will have to stay after work to clean the company's areas.
Let me add what happened to me.
I joined the company on February 1 this year, but only found out around March 9 that I had been enrolled in insurance.
Although the enrollment was backdated to February 1, labor insurance cannot be retroactively applied.
On April 9, I submitted my resignation because I felt that my abilities were insufficient.
By May 9, I still had not been removed from the insurance.
On May 10, I checked my bankbook and found that my April salary had not been deposited.
I angrily messaged my former supervisor on LINE, and also mentioned that I had received a notice for February's National Pension contributions.
(My February salary had deductions for labor insurance.)
I finally received a reply from the owner's wife on May 11.
Because I requested to see the detailed salary breakdown
and said that if they ignored me, I would ask the labor department to intervene,
they finally paid back everything that was owed.
(The owner's wife said it was her own oversight.)
Also, Hong Kuan / Hong Jun / Cheng Feng are the same company.
