Pros
The company atmosphere is great, and the environment is beautiful. There are snacks, occasional drinks provided, birthday gatherings, and after-work dinners.
There are occasional salary increases (with fairly good adjustments), which makes you feel that your efforts are recognized.
The boss is quite experienced and knows how to lead people.
Cons
There can be pressure on the business side. I personally enjoy it well enough, so I can accept it.
