Pros

How could there be any? Dream on~

Cons

Hey, that's not it. If this isn't the style you wanted, you should say so. I'm a designer, yet you're just an auntie who only knows how to mind the store and keeps dragging down the efficiency of work and copy submission—what are you yelling about? So what if you're the manager??? Do you think a salary of 26,000 is very high? With that attitude, cursing at people—have you never been hit back?? It's already nice of me to work for you for a month. And you—so what if you put your child on a pedestal? Looking down on other people's educational backgrounds is unacceptable too. No wonder your child is so difficult to deal with. You made this mess yourself, so who else can you blame? You still haven't been able to hire anyone after five months—it's absolutely hilarious.

Pros

Quite a lot of freedom

Once your work is done, you can do your own things

Cons

The manager constantly goes on about how great mainland China is and so on...

Then the design aesthetic is absolutely terrible. When asking for a design layout, they don't explain the style or requirements. If you ask, the manager will take it for granted and say, "You're a designer—figure it out." The problem is, how is anyone supposed to know what you want? Everything depends on whether the designer can read minds.

The manager also has poor emotional intelligence. When trying to reason with them, they just yell and even curse your entire family. I'm not deaf, so there's no need to shout that loudly. By the way, are your vocal cords okay? Is this really professional?

Work assignments are unclear, and there is irregular overtime. It feels as though not working overtime means you're letting the company down. Also, the company's opening time depends entirely on whether the manager feels like arriving on time—you can end up at the office before the doors are even open, but if you arrive a little later, they'll scold you for always being late.

They are also very concerned about saving face and think they understand design better than people with specialized training or professional expertise.

Pros

1. Convenient transportation.

2. Lots of places to eat nearby.

3. They provide you with a company phone, so you don’t have to add customers on LINE or use other contact methods.

4. The colleagues are very nice.

Cons

1. There are a lot of things, and it is very cluttered. There are even things piled up in the restroom, but the boss said they would move to a larger place later, so it should improve.

2. There is a rice cooker and a refrigerator in the office, provided that you dare to use them, because they are not very clean.

3. The workload may continue to increase.

4. The supervisor sometimes adds tasks at the last minute after working hours.

5. There is no overtime pay. During the interview, they said there would be compensatory time off, but that only applies to Saturdays. On weekdays, there is neither compensatory time off nor overtime pay. (According to the staff, this is because the boss discourages overtime, so overtime only counts after 8 p.m. [laughs].)

6. What was said during the interview is different from the reality. They said they would provide training, but in practice they do not. You have to search online or figure things out yourself. Therefore, if your actual duties differ from what you applied for or include additional tasks, you will have to look up how to do them yourself online.

Regarding the work:

1. There is a clock-in system, but the boss does not seem to pay much attention to it. Sometimes employees work overtime until very late, and employees may also arrive a few minutes late (with the boss’s permission).

2. Sometimes you need to go to other locations to set up for marketing events, but the boss will drive you there, so there is no need to worry—as long as you arrive early.

3. There is no designated break or mealtime. Take a break when you want to, and go out to buy something to eat when you want to.

The above is subjective; whether these are advantages or disadvantages is up to you.

I resigned immediately after discovering the problems, but when I later asked the boss for the wages I had earned, payment was delayed. The boss also asked me for a photo of my bankbook, even though I had already provided a copy of it before resigning. The boss also made it sound reassuring by saying the money would be transferred, but still delayed the payment. In retrospect, it seems I was deceived. If I had not asked for it, I probably would not have been paid.

Pros

None

Cons

1. The address exit marked on Google is incorrect. The correct address is in the text, and it is a different exit.

2. There is no company name on the signboard in the lobby on the first floor.

3. After reaching the floor via the corridor, there is absolutely no company sign indicating where to go.

4. The job description on the employment website does not quite match the actual work.

At the end of the interview, they said they hoped to find someone with experience.

Oh, so I thought: There is no company name on the first floor, and after reaching the floor, I had no idea where to go. Was I supposed to call back and ask?

The exit was also incorrect, and they brushed me off by saying they were too busy and had no time to put up the company sign?

You say the other person lacks experience, but you did not give them a chance either, did you? What a lousy company.

I really did not want to continue with the interview and just wanted to leave as soon as possible. It would be a miracle if a company like this were any good.

This entire interview experience was truly ridiculous.
