Pros
There was no test during the interview. They reviewed my transcript and spoke with me to determine whether I was suitable for the job (electronics engineer).
Cons
The posting said they were looking for someone with experience, yet they sent interview invitations to inexperienced applicants to see whether they could find a fresh graduate who needed no training and could work independently right away.
