Read the community guidelinesOne benefit of working here is... after you leave, no matter how many difficulties you encounter, you’ll take them in stride and feel that things are actually okay.
All the benefits listed above are just for show.
During the interview, they said the year-end bonus was guaranteed to be three months’ salary, but in reality the year-end bonus was only 6,000. I felt really great when I saw it.
There’s no spring banquet, no year-end banquet, and no employee birthday cash gift. I’ve heard they even forget to issue them.
I’m not sure about the three holiday bonuses, but I heard that although the company is in Taipei, they give out gift vouchers for department stores in Kaohsiung.
The performance bonus has been talked about for ages but has never been established.
There are no regular employee dinners and no domestic travel either.
There are problems both inside and outside the company. For the sake of projects, the boss can ignore everything and takes on a pile of projects that don’t make money.
Whenever there’s a problem, whether it’s a weekday, weekend, or evening, they bombard you on LINE as soon as they think of it.
The other departments aren’t any better.
Everything is tied to a bunch of vague, empty processes.
They pretend not to notice overtime, as if it were perfectly normal.
Meetings run late, and they don’t even provide a meal box.
Promotions are opaque, evaluations are opaque, and employees are treated as disposable resources.
Anyway, you can always look for another job.
I hope everyone who comes for an interview can work hard and face any difficulties they encounter in the future with a smile.
