Pros

The advertisements produced are for well-known brands, and the work can often be seen on television.

It is considered a large company in the advertising post-production industry, which could be helpful when changing jobs in the future.

Cons

The company has traditional thinking and old-fashioned practices, with little interest in improvement.

The company atmosphere is not one where people can give feedback or share ideas. (Even though it appears quite open on the surface.)

It is not a work environment that values ability; seniority is what matters.

Promotion channels are opaque and depend entirely on the manager’s mood. When it is time for performance reviews, the process is endlessly delayed and is rarely completed on time.

Employees often need to use their personal time to organize company events.

Taking leave is extremely difficult.

Employee turnover is high. (Except that long-serving employees remain long-serving employees.)

Veteran employees are well suited to “retiring” at this company. If newcomers have other options, I would not recommend joining this company. It is not that you cannot learn anything at all, but the process will be extremely slow because you have to spend a lot of time doing many meaningless things. In addition, what you learn is also quite limited. This company takes on as many projects as possible and prioritizes speed; difficult projects are rejected, so there are not many truly substantive, challenging advertisements. From a money-making perspective, it is not bad, but technically it is just average. (That said, the quality control is still okay; otherwise, I really would not know how it has managed to survive until now.)
