Pros
Primarily residential projects (those who like variety should consider this for themselves).
Overtime is uncommon. Extremely detailed drawings are not required (according to the boss herself).
Cons
Infrequent overtime = no overtime pay. The company is located in a remote area (Tianmu; getting to downtown Taipei will definitely involve traffic jams). It feels like there will be no improvement in competitiveness going forward.
