1. They often verbally imply that they hope employees will voluntarily work overtime without pay.
2. Regarding administrative staff, the boss’s wife likes to constantly hover over you and ask, “When will this be finished? What are you doing?” It makes you feel interrupted and puts you in a bad mood. She also complains that employees are slow, while constantly interrupting them with miscellaneous tasks and then criticizing them. She is truly a typical exploitative boss.
3. It is only human to take leave when something unexpected comes up. This company will say, “There are already so many national holidays—why do you still need to take leave?” Who would want to take leave during working hours? Obviously, it is because there is something important to take care of.
In short, the above are just a few obvious problems; there are many more that I will not list. The boss’s wife and the boss both speak in extremely outrageous ways. Unless you truly have no other choice, do not choose this company.
