The Welfare Committee fund benefits basically only require you to pay every month; being able to enjoy one company dinner a year and receive a subsidy of 200 after waiting half a year is considered pretty good.
The year-end bonus depends on the boss's mood. Don't be too happy when you receive the bonus—someone will ask you to return it privately a few days later.
For annual-plan contract positions, start looking for a job when the project is nearing its end. Don't assume you'll definitely still have a position on next year's project.
