Those in higher positions are not very good at expressing themselves and often fail to convey their intended meaning. It is often unclear who is responsible for what and to what extent.
Work is added as soon as something comes to mind, without proper advance planning, and progress is chased almost every day.
Some colleagues who know how to put on an act and perform are valued more by those in higher positions, while those who genuinely do the work are instead subjected to sarcastic remarks.
Enjoyed many meals
Everyone in the company really loves having meals and gatherings together
Whether on the production line or in the office, everyone in the company only cares about themselves (they scheme against one another).
A certain female employee keeps pretending to be kind and recommending that you move up, while privately speaking badly about everyone!
(She is basically the unofficial boss.)
The female assistant in the office also acts as if she is the boss and is extremely rude when speaking!
She also keeps observing the people on the production line so that she can later report on them to the boss privately.
And the boss actually believes her…
People are even fired arbitrarily, and those who are fired have no idea why!
In short, anyone who has been offered a position and sees this message should take note.
Whether to join is up to you, but please think carefully.
Aside from the Administration Department, the colleagues in the other departments are all nice.
Absolutely do not join this company’s Administration Department (procurement and administrative assistant roles). Within one year, a total of 7.8 people have left across the two positions. The pay is extremely low, there is a lot of work, and the supervisor’s management style is inappropriate. Be careful and proceed cautiously.
