This company may underreport your insured salary for labor insurance. After the interview, it’s best to ask clearly how much will be reported for labor insurance. If they try to evade the question, make sure you know how to advocate for yourself. Don’t wait until after you start to discover that the workload and salary are disproportionate and regret it.
The office is quite large and has a refrigerator.
The office is inside a parking garage building, so the air quality is concerning. The seating is open-plan, and everyone can see your screen. The walkway is directly behind the seats.
There are many people coming and going, making it noisy and distracting. It is very easy to be interrupted while working.
Overall, the company is not large, but the atmosphere is fairly good.
I was asked questions about my ability to respond to issues related to planning.
The supervisor who interviewed me was quite friendly and also gave me quite a few suggestions for revising my résumé.
I asked whether it would be difficult to receive an interview invitation if the supervisor did not have relevant experience, and was told that the company places more emphasis on personal qualities than on experience. They even hope that new hires can contribute effectively right away, so the selection standards are relatively strict.
There are two interview stages, and the interview result will be received within seven days. If you pass the second stage, you will be interviewed by a senior department manager.
The walkway next to the interview area is relatively narrow. Since it is semi-open, people kept walking back and forth.
I actually felt that it was quite all right; it may also be because the interview conversation was fairly pleasant.
I personally do not have relevant work experience either, but I was not asked about being unable to perform due to insufficient work experience. I was only told that I would need to improve myself if I were hired.

As soon as I entered the huge office, the atmosphere felt gloomy and chaotic. (The office was open-plan, separated only by partitions, and the departments were distinguished merely by an A4 sheet of paper labeled “xx Department” taped to the partition.) The interview was held at a small round table by the entrance, with people constantly passing by and staring at me. When the supervisor came to conduct the interview, they told me that I lacked sufficient relevant work experience and might not be able to take on this position. (WTF, shouldn’t my work experience have been considered first by reviewing my résumé when they were deciding whether to contact me?)
