Read the community guidelines1. The workplace is basically a direct-broadcast studio. The two engineers are very young and inexperienced. They don’t test the live-streaming equipment they’re going to sell before the broadcast, so problems abound. After stopping the broadcast, the boss angrily berates the young, inexperienced engineers. Why not blame himself for being stupid?
2. The boss also has no technical background, yet he livestreams sales of live-streaming equipment. When problems occur, he can’t identify them, and the livestream is plagued with issues. Buyers should be prepared to become the ones who get ripped off. It’s a miracle that this kind of company makes money.
3. The work area is extremely messy. All six workstations are covered with merchandise, leaving no space to work or do office tasks. The boss is extremely arrogant and probably can only recruit young guys. Anyone considering going there should think twice.
